Meet Cathy
Catherine Kioi (Cathy) is the founder of Safe Haven Counseling. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who has worked with children, teenagers and adults for 12 years. Cathy struggled with anxiety in her childhood, and depression in her teenage years. This has helped her understand her clients challenges better, and has given her the knowledge, compassion and patience needed to guide each person through their own unique healing journey. Starting therapy isn't easy, so I try to provide a warm, nurturing and welcoming environment to all my clients.
